All of our products are made to order, which means each item is created just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or incorrect shipping information.

If your order arrives with a defect, printing error, or was damaged in transit, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

🚚 Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within:

  • 30 days (U.S. orders)

  • 45 days (international orders)

Please reach out and we’ll help track or replace your package.
